Well, maybe not event "filled," but it was Sophie's final orchestra concert of the school year, so it was certainly a big deal day. This is her fourth year of playing the violin and her progress is truly amazing. And good for her--she's going to do it again next year! You go, girl!
It's really fun to watch her play--she looks like a real professional. But then our Sophie does everything to perfection.
I will never forget her first concert all those years ago and listening to her practice "twinkle, twinkle little star." She truly is a star in my book. A rising star.I can hardly believe all the special events I've been able to be a part of while I've been here: Emily and Sophie both had la crosse (LAX) games, Noah and Josh had soccer games, Allie had her Thespian Awards dinner, Sophie had her last concert, and the biggest event was Allie's dance recital. WOW. And of course, lunches with Jenny. Need I say more?!!!
